Rebuild your strength, restore your core, and reconnect with movement in Mom Strong—a once-a-week, 6-week small group fitness class designed for postpartum moms.
This program offers individualized attention in a supportive and welcoming environment, and is led by Dr. Meg O'Neill, Chiropractor, group fitness instructor, and postnatal rehab-trained practitioner.
Each session blends:
Breathwork – Techniques to support core engagement and pelvic floor recovery
Strength Training – Full-body movements to rebuild muscle and endurance
Mobility Work – Gentle stretches to reduce tension and improve flexibility.
Babies are welcome! A designated area will be set up so little ones can relax nearby while moms participate in class. For safety reasons, we ask that all babies are in a carrier or stroller.
This series also includes ongoing community support, with weekly follow-up videos, expert resources, and curated content on all things postnatal—from nutrition and mental health to pelvic floor recovery and nervous system regulation—all created and delivered by leading experts in their respective fields.
