Recovery
KETTLEBELLS
This class style focuses on building strength and functional movements using kettlebells.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These classes are the perfect blend of intensity training and controlled strength. Alternating 6 minute rounds means you can challenge yourself with high repetitions and minimal rest, then work active recovery strength exercises with control.
SWEAT
Mixing movements to work both strength and conditioning. Test and strengthen your bodies endurance, strength, and cardio with this high intensity format.
We will move fast, recover and repeat. Next we will sustain high effort, recover and repeat. Lastly we will learn to better manage energy for longer periods of physical activity to promote efficient movement patterns and improve heart health.
CONDITIONING
STRENGTH
The aim of this class is to get stronger. Bringing focus to form, slowing the movement down, and eventually adding weight. Create better posture and improve athleticism by challenging your strength to a different type of fatigue.
